Ooops ....

Our start was (or is) not as it should be. Having planned to spend three weeks on getting our equipment together, the day of departure would be June 15th. However, we didn't reckon with strikes and such. In this case the Norwegian air-traffic controllers stopped working. Because of that all flights to Norway were canceled.

So, we will leave now on Friday the 19th. Well, on a planned duration of four months, a four day delay will not make much difference. And maybe it will give us the chance to stand on the North Cape on the 23rd of June, the longest day in the year. I better find out quickly on what time of the day that moment exactly is.
